Adoption Donations cover the rescue, transport, food & cost of housing. (If any)

In certain cases we will donate supplies/food to adopters if needed at no cost

If an adopter is willing to take multiple crabs we just ask for a small donation to help save others, rather than charging an adoption fee "per crab" We just want these crabs to find good homes and be able to help others.

Adoption Guidelines: (At time of adoption)

Adopters MUST have proper knowledge of hermit crab care
Adopters MUST have a large enough habitat to house crabs they wish to adopt (we may be able to provide housing)
Adopters MUST have at minimum (1 year) experience with hermit crabs
Adopters MUST have the proper supplies needed to care for their crabs (we may be able to donate required supplies)
Adopters MUST not have more than the required amounts of crabs per gallon

All the crabs we rescue come from neglect situations and are brought back to health in the time they are with us and we only want to find them the very best homes were they will live a happy healthy life. They are offered a fresh and dry diet with only the best ingredients, offered the highest quality shells, and optimal environment before they are put up for adoption.

We may request to speak with you and chat about your experience and current crabs before we consider placing any of our crabs for adoption, and well as requesting pictures and list of supplies you use. We only do this to make sure you know what your are doing, and we also offer advice to those who have had the wrong information about crabs to get you on the right track. We only do this out of the kindness of our hearts!
